In Belgrade, Serbia, a German Shepherd was observed loitering close to a tomb. The dog got upset and resisted leaving; he even dug a hole beneath the burial. However, there was more to the tale than what the people initially believed.

Surprisingly, the dog discovered in the cemetery was actually a motherless pup trying her best to care for her young. She temporarily sheltered her four puppies from the elements in the hole in the cemetery. She was having trouble properly feeding and caring for them, though.

Fortunately, an animal rescuer named Vesna Mihajloski helped a mother dog that was in trouble. She removed the undernourished and frail puppies from their miserable surroundings and took them to a shelter. The mother dog was grateful for the cozy new home and the cozy bed offered for her adorable babies. The adorable dog family swiftly flourished at the shelter thanks to good medical attention and wholesome food!
