The Maryland town of Ocean City has been happy to have a particular animal resident visit and cheer up his neighborhood. Pip the beach cat is here today.

Pip was abandoned and injured in a rainstorm before Emily Meadow came to his aid. Meadow had no idea Pip would become a local sensation when she introduced the cat to the gathering.

While quiet beach days for locals and their pets mark the off-season, Pip could cause you to pause. He enjoys digging holes and chasing seagulls, but he often strolls down to see those that might use some cuteness.

Pip has an unquenchable desire for the ocean. Pip may be seen having fun on the beach, bouncing, racing after leaves, swimming, and even boogie boarding.

Initially, Pip’s rescuer had no plans to retain him, but she later changed her mind after falling in love with him. She discovered Pip’s distinctive personality at that point.

Meadow acknowledged that Pip is significantly more energized than other cats. While most felines tend to find comfort on couches, Pip doesn’t appear to like taking naps throughout the day. He would rather be outside experiencing life.

Pip’s mother wants to use his celebrity to support charitable causes including assisting underprivileged children, visiting elders, and providing companionship. We may expect to see Pip publish his children’s book soon.

For 2019, Pip also secured a modeling position at a gallery for his ardent supporter Joe. You can get a picture with a famous person if you run across Pip in the Ocean City.

If you enjoy Pip, don’t forget to share his story with your friends and family and to follow him on Facebook and Instagram!
