This Husky was just skin and bones
when his owner surrendered him to a vet
with the request to euthanize him
Fortunately, animal rescue Friends of Faye were contacted
and they knew he deserved a second chance
Ryker was placed in a foster home
And his new life could begin
when he came to his foster mom Hillary
he wá on the brink of death
apart from being starved and emaciated
ear and skin infections
and a heart murmur
severe neglect, starvation and abuse was the only life he had ever known
But that was all about to change..
as his foster family vowed to give him a better life
From the moment he was rescued
Ryker showed an incredible will to live
Ryker’s recovery was remarkable…
he takes 6 weeks to this

and after a couple of months…
it didn’t take long for this goofball to find his family
Ryker thrives in his new home…
where he got a brother…
they have a big yard to roam free in…
when many would have given up on him
into this lovely husky
